The XP XL Thermal Deburring Machine is designed for the deburring of large blocks of aluminum, steel and cast iron being able to use an operating pressure from 2 to 16 bar, it has a deburring chamber with a diameter of 410mm and a length of up to 600mm; also ideal for deburring very large quantities of iron components in bulk.

New-Tem Deburring Machines can be certified as conforming to INDUSTRY 4.0 measures.

The machines can be served by robotic feeding systems, with automated or manual roller systems according to customer requests.
